So about 4 days ago my nipples started itching out of nowhere, they have been tender since i was close to ovulation so i didn’t think anything of it. However today i took my bra off and noticed clear yellow crusty bits in my bra where my nipples were and both nipples (mostly left) had the clear yellow dried crust on it. I cleaned both with mild soap and warm water and they still feel sticky. I have no idea what’s going on. I’m not pregnant or breastfeeding. I’m calling my doctor Monday but i am so lost here.
