How to fix sleep schedule!?

Every night I can’t sleep it takes me hours to fall asleep and I end up falling asleep around 3am-5am and it sucks. All because I stayed up one night to 3am which I understand was a dumb idea. Yesterday I tried to go sleep, but I didn’t until 5am and my mom burst into my brook 8am wake up go eat and get dressed we’re going to the gym. I keep telling my mom about my sleep but all she says is ‘well maybe you shouldn’t stay up so late’ most of the time I don’t stay up late, I have no choice because I can’t sleep at all. Please comment things to help me sleep. School is starting up soon and I don’t need huge eye bags.
