After having my implanon removed I decided to start taking opks twice daily so I could work out where I am in my cycle and not miss an ovulation day potentially before I got my period as that is apparently common when you have the implanon removed..

I'm nearly a month into having my implant removed and I had a bleed 2 days after having it removed that lasted 5 days then absolutely no positive opks.. I know its so early on and I definitely don't expect a BFP but I just want to know I'm ovulating again 😭 yesterday morning I took an OPK and got 2 very strong lines.. I got so excited, posted it on here to then find out that opks aren't meant to be tested on first morning urine.. So I then tested with a clear blue digital ovulation test that afternoon and it showed up no smiley face... Which then made me feel absolutely gutted..

Anyone else been through similar that can give me a bit of reassurance? Petrified this implanon as damaged my fertility permanently
