Help..Can anyone relate?

So my child is 9 months old I've been breastfeeding the entire time but I got my period back 7 weeks postpartum. My cycle has been 32 days long since then. I'm now 5 days late, all pregnacy tests are negative. I've never missed a period in my life so I dont know what's happening. Could I still be pregnant?
