Please help! - have any clue what this is? 🤷‍♀️😩

Hello, so earlier when I got done peeing (tmi sorry) I stood up and I don’t know what made me notice but when I touched right below my stomach like on top of my vaginal area where my ovaries are - it feels bruised like “ow” but not hurting if I don’t touch it. What could this possibly be? Any ideas?
