I need some advice! Plz help

Can not drinking much water cause you to have less cm around ovulation. (My period's very regular!) I'm just having a hard time with finding out when I ovulate and I don't have enough money for fertility tests at the moment. I know the different types of cm too, just thought I'd put that in there for someone just in case they were gonna ask. If someone could please be so nice to give me a few ideas, it would be greatly appreciated! 😘🙏💯
