Opinions?!? Pregnant maid of honour

Question

So my cousin is my best friend, we’ve been more like sisters ever since I was born and since our birthdays are 3 days apart, we’ve always celebrated together. 
I told her that my partner and I were going to start TTC last year and the next month she got engaged and asked me to be her maid of honour. My parented and I said that we might be able to have the baby before the wedding but it’s 10 months away and I’m really worried that we are going to conceive and I’m going to be heavily pregnant at her wedding.
She said before that she would still want me in the wedding but I don’t know if I will be able to if I’m about to pop out a baby! 
I would be so devastated to miss out on her wedding but I’d be more devastated if I stop trying for a couple month just so I wasn’t as pregnant.  
Do you think if I did then I should step down from being and sort of bridesmaid?

I think you should see how it goes. I mean you may or may not get pregnant within the next few months.

I don't think it's something you need to worry about till you become pregnant. It may take months before you become pregnant making it a non issue. Just plan to be her maid of honor until then.

My sister was 7 months pregnant at my wedding and was one of my bridesmaids. It was awesome her being pregnant during my wedding. She even came out on my bachelorette party, even if she was more of a chaperone, lol. I wouldn't worry too much about it

I was the maid of honor for a friend 9 months pregnant and actually went into labor that night and had the baby the next day 🤷‍♀️

Your over thinking it. Continue to try and conceive your job as a bridesmaid will only last for about 30 minutes. If you are blessed to be pregnant at her wedding and you’re tired of being on your feet you can just relax after you part is done.

You should still be there and help her plan - being the maid of honor is about more than just being there for the wedding day. Even if something happened where you were in labor/just had your baby/were on bedrest, or for whatever reason couldn’t stand up there with her, you still would be very much appreciated and remembered bc you were such a big part in preparing for the day

I wouldn’t worry about it now. You aren’t pregnant right now and it could possibly take you a little bit to conceive. 
You can always agree to be her MOH and explain to her that you’re trying to conceive and if you do become pregnant that you may or may not be able to attend. 
Just go with the flow. You being pregnant isn’t an issue at the current moment so personally I would accept the offer and take it one day at a time.

Wait until it’s actually happening to make a decision. My sister was my MOH and would have been 33ish weeks pregnant at my wedding. She got the biggest size dress they had since we had no idea how big she’d get but there’d be room to alter it down. It wasn’t a big deal.
