Stress!

Work has really been stressing me out recently. Very few staff at the moment, had to work on my own last Friday evening with no support. Meant to have support over the phone but couldn’t get hold of them.

Got sent home by colleagues on Monday as they could tell I wasn’t myself.

Now I’ve started to become less stressed (not been to work since Monday) I’ve realised that babies movements slowed right down last week when I was getting very stressed. Now I feel awful for not realising at the time 😩

Thinking of going back to work next week but it doesn’t sound like anything has changed. I need to be in work the week after because that’s when they work my maternity pay from (for statutory pay (UK) still don’t have a maternity policy for work).

Not much point to this, but needed to rant!
