Please help!

I am 25 years old, not that much sexually active. I have the Nexplanon since March 2017. I only got my period in April 2017 and was period free until April 2019. After that i did not get until mid June 2019 about 2 weeks after i started having sex again. Now again, I am not having sex but I noticed I would have some tiny brownish discharge. I, as a woman that wants to feel good at times, have a vibrator and dildo since I do not have anyone. I used my dildo and I noticed when I pulled it out there was some mild brownish discharge so I stopped. A few days after that I tried using a vibrator instead and not put anything in there. After I had an orgasm I went to pee and to get a shower and there was some brownish discharge and also when I wiped. Please let me know if you guys have experienced this before. I went to the doctor and had a pap and my testing came negative for everything too. What could this be? I am freaking out and don't even want to try having an orgasm again.
