I need opinions

I'm going to get a test if my period is late but I still got 5 days till it's due. Since about a week ago I've have had sore boobs, slight cramping off and on, sleepiness I took a nap which I never do yesterday, having very vivid dreams, diarrhea first thing in the morning only in the morning, and acne outbreaks. These are all symptoms i had with my first pregnancy but I know every pregnancy can be different. I just wanna ask what you think the chances may be. I'm kinda nervous lol i want another baby
