Light Period or Spotting

Hi, just a little disclaimer before all else. That picture was taken just a couple of minutes ago. According to my cycle, I’m supposed to start my period today. I started ovulating around the 14th too. My reasoning for it “maybe” being so light is because I travelled yesterday night until this morning (24 hours non-stop) and I’m going through a lot of stress and was prior to this trip. Do you guys think that’s maybe why it’s light?
