Help; trying to conceive

Me and my husband have been trying to get pregnant. But I have one one tube now due to my ectopic pregnancy, & I also was diagnosed with PCOS when I was 19. Is there even a chance or could I be pregnant now. I don’t know the symptoms really since it’s only bee like a week since I ovulated and we tried. Can someone message me or something 🤷🏽‍♀️
