I'm confused HELP

So I miscarried at 6 weeks on 6/25 I only bleed like a regular period after passing all tissue I immediately start having sex after the bleeding stop now since yesterday I'm having the same symptoms I had when I found out I was pregnant 6/12 which is constipated ugh I dont want to get my Hope's up I hope I am but I dont know could I be pregnant again???????
