My friend took plan B like two-three weeks ago and she took one again today because she was really MAD paranoid and kept crying. We told her not to but she didnt listen. Shes now scared it will mess her body up. Will she be okay?

She'll be okay, but I know you aren't supposed to take more than 2 in a 12 month span. So I would let her know not to take any more for a long time. It also will most likely mess with her cycle for at least the next month, maybe more. Plan B is only effective if you haven't ovulated yet. Depending on when that was for her, she could still be pregnant. If her period ends up being late, she should test, but keep in mind it may very well just be all the hormones from the plan B screwing with things. Your friend should definitely invest in condoms or consider birth control! Sex shouldn't ever leave you stressed and crying :(
