Am I done breastfeeding?

Question

I’ve been power pumping for the last two days and literally not one drop comes out. Does this mean I’m done? :-( I had a super super low supply (less than 10 ml per each 20 min pumping session) and now it seems like it’s gone...
Should I keep at it for a few more days, or do you think it’s over?

It’s probably done. Mine dried up completely and I couldn’t pump anything either.

The pump is not an indication of your supply. Breastfeeding is all about supply and demand. Bring baby to the breast and lots of skin to skin as well, make sure you’re staying hydrated and eating enough calories. While you are pumping are you looking at pictures of babe? Watching videos of babe? Sometimes covering the bottles with baby socks helps, you can’t see your milk coming out so you don’t stress about it as much, hands on pumping (massaging the breast while pumping) can also help.
