5 months post partum, exclusively breastfeeding but my periods returned immediately at 7 weeks PP. Regular, every month. This month, my period lasted only 2 days, suddenly stopped and now after 2 weeks I am spotting dark red blood.

Not sure if I am starting my period or what is happening as I always have periods of 6/7 days, every 30-34 days. No exception. Has this happened to you? Even took 2 pregnancy tests (which were negative).

My milk suplly has suddenly dropped in the last weeks too. I will go to a doctor on Monday but I am really worried and wondering what it could be.
