Anxiety ?
So it’s been about 2 months i have been dealing with anxiety, I get super anxious at times but times when I’m happy , I hate it when it comes out of no where , it honestly sucks , these are the symptoms I go through ... are they regular..? I’m just really scared at times & sometimes and it makes me sad when people say “you stress too much” like I’m trying ... but it comes out of no where .. it’s so hard to cope with. I’m currently taking antidepressants but the side affects sucks .. I’m just trying and yea I just feel really alone. Anyone know of any coping methods?
