Cutting out MOST bread, pasta and potatoes
I’m not severely over weight but I’d like to lose 20 pounds or so. Will cutting these things way back help any? I only eat these things on the weekends but I still cut back on how much I eat on the weekends. I used to honestly live on potatoes, bread and pasta so it’s a huge change for me. Now I eat mainly meat and vegetables. Has anyone done this? And if so, what other things did you eat to replace them? I’m running out of ideas.
