Acne HELP!!

I’ve had spots non stop for the longest time! It started when I stopped taking the pill - I started to get really painful and sore spots that almost felt like blisters (tmi but it was awful)

Now I’m getting the injection and I don’t have skin as bad as it was but I’ve always got a group of spots usually in my jaw, mouth area, cheeks, or forehead.

I have really oily skin and it’s quite red sometimes too.

Has anyone got any remedies for this oily spot prone situation!? Please help!
