You don’t have to have symptoms when pregnant.

I had 0 symptoms with my first two. Only mild to moderate nausea at first with this third. Totally ok and fine! As long as you don’t start bleeding or cramping anything worse then period cramps (which are normal early) just assume baby is happy and healthy! Congrats!!!
