Pregnant on the pill

Any tips to get pregnant while on the pill (my husband KNOWS AND AGREES AND WE’VE BEEN TRYING) I’m just on it to regulate my periods since I’m irregular and my doctor is known about this and is ok with our plan. Isn’t it possible since so many people end up pregnant on the pill???
