Due tomorrow, no signs of labor from last appointment. FTM any tips on how to get the ball rolling safely lol?? had mild contractions but not steady enough, they come n go. They will be 5mins a part within the first 30mins then stop completely after that. Also I might have lost a piece of my mucus plug yesterday, I'll post photo below.
