Has anyone used a Postpartum belly wrap?

Would love feed back of any kind and what kind you would or wouldn’t recommend! I’m supposed to be getting married 5 months after I have my baby and I’m really wanting to fit in my wedding dress! 🤞🏼😬

I bought one and wore it for about five seconds; it was so uncomfortable I never put it on again. However I was easily able to lose the weight I’d gained and then some with a combo of 1. Not gaining too much while pregnant, 2. Walking a lot, 3. Breastfeeding, 4. Beginning a postpartum recovery exercise routine once I’d been cleared by my doctor, and 5. Focusing on including lots of veggies in my diet at every meal. (I didn’t want to specifically cut calories since I was breastfeeding but instead focused on filling up on the most nutritious foods I could). Hope that helps! How about yes and it was useless. I bought a super comfortable, highly recommended and somewhat expensive one and it didnt help at all. It was still irritating to wear. I didnt have a csection though, so I didnt actually need that much abdominal support

Love mine, I'm 3 weeks pp and I've worn mine every day since the day after I gave birth. It wasn't comfortable at first but then I got used to it. It's also helped my stomach size go down quite a bit in such a short amount of time. This is the one I bought.

Yes and hated it. I used it after my second pregnancy, used nothing after my first. The wrap was uncomfortable, which is expected since it’s supposed to compress things, but it would constantly ride up and the velcro itched me. I think it also slowed my recovery. I lost the weight and had my old shape back soooo much faster after my first. I regret wasting my money on the postpartum wrap.
