Need some input y'all. I'm fairly certain I am miscarrying. My first ultrasound a week ago found only a yolk sac and the doctor told me I'd most likely miscarry.

I started spotting brown Wednesday night, spotted brown most of the day Thursday with a moment of red, and now today I'm still spotting brown. Not even close to what I bleed during a period.

I thought natural MC's only lasted a few days so I'm wondering why it's taking so long to have more significant bleeding? Or maybe this isn't a MC?

Any thoughts appreciated...
