weight loss
i have been struggling with my weight for a few years now. when i was 19 i was 135lbs i’m 5”2’, obviously i knew i wouldn’t stay thin forever but my highest weight April 2017 was 235lbs. i recently found out i have PCOS which helps me to understand why i have such a hard time keep off the weight. i started exercising and i went on a 1200 calorie diet in May 2019. i am down 22lbs from 216lbs and i am feeling so much more confident. it’s also going to be helpful with me and my boyfriend trying to conceive. i’m currently seeing a fertility doctor to help. but i really do feel so much better about myself, i just wanted to share because it’s not easy to have girlfriends that’s want to hear about your success without competing with you.
