help !!!

i have a question i had a miscarriage june 31st but ive been feeling very weird lately like my stomach has been hurting when im in the car i feel car sick is their any way i could be pregnant (i am trying to conceive) but not thinking about it as much as i would before i know its only been almost a month but i was just curious or maybe its just my body acting weird
