Safe diets while breastfeeding ?

Looking for a safe diet that I can do while breastfeeding!
I was 167 before baby , 221 the day I delivered, and here I am 3 months PP 183 still trying to combat these last 16 lbs 😭

Low car, high healthy fat. Its soooo healthy, we were means to consume animal products, not vegetables and carbs. Etc them, by all means, but take a look at how healthy is is for you! Gives you everything you need, period. Plus it'll be so good for the baby. 👍👍
