In need of some advice!!

In the last year and 3 months I’ve went from 195lbs to 250lbs and this is the biggest I’ve ever been. Since April of last year I’ve been in a much healthier and happier relationship then previous and just got married this May. But becoming so comfortable and having a stable environment has made access to junk food and fast food a lot simpler. I know that is the biggest problem but I’ve been lacking the motivation. I need some advice on how I can find the energy and will power to make some changes in order to drop these lbs. I would really love to be back down to 195lb but at this time I’m not seeing that happen. I just don’t know what the mental block is. Also I’m hoping if I lose some weight it’ll make Ttc easier for my husband and I. Since September we have been semi-ttc but after we got married we’ve really been wanting to get serious about ttc. It would be nice to be able to find someone to talk to about this and maybe get some friendly advice. Thank you.
