I'm currently on amoxacillin (however it's spelt) for other reasons, but as that can be used to treat uti's I don't think it's that.  What can cause pain and burning during sex other than that? Is it okay to ignore for a few days or should I be scared lol??

Side note: if by pain you mean a cramping type of pain rather than actual stinging during sex, you could have a chlamydia, a lot of times you don’t have symptoms except the lower belly cramps, painful sex & burning when you pee. So I would get tested for both STD & STI.

Bacterial Vaginosis, Yeast Infection, Not being wet enough & the friction from sex causes discomfort. Get tested for STI’s just to be on the safe side. When I had BV, sex would burn/sting and it felt like a UTI when I peed. Sounds like you have BV to me but go get tested to be sure.
