Currently 17 weeks pregnant with my third baby.

I'm very crafty and love to learn new things and today I decided to learn how to preserve things in resin. Not long after I finished I start to feel queasy and thought it must have just been the fumes, so I googled and found most people advise not to work with resin at all during pregnancy due to risk of miscarriage, birth defects and stillborns.

I'm now freaking out that I've harmed my baby 😔

My husband is away for the next two nights and I won't have another scan/midwife appointment for 2-3 weeks 😔

I have no idea what to do and I'm so scared I've just made the biggest mistake of my life.
