I need your brains mamas

My LO was sleeping through the night and it was AMAZING! Yesterday was the toughest night we have ever had. She would only sleep for 30 min at a time and would wake up SCREAMING!!! This went on ALL night. Screaming for hours. We tried ibuprofen in case its teething, no relief. We tried gas drops in case its gas, no relief. I tried feeding her, rocking her, singing to her, letting her cry it out... and NOTHING worked. Well here it is 1:45am the next night and she has yet to go to sleep tonight. Completely inconsolable. She has refused to take a bottle for the past 5 hours which isnt like her. If she sees the bottle she screams like she is in pain. This is absolutely insane. We have given her two doses of ibuprofen again in case it's her teeth and still no relief from the crying.

Help!!!! What could it be? Anything else I could try?!
