Do you sleep with a bra on ?

I cant sleep with a bra on my boobs have been sore. Ughhhhh

I never used to but now I have to wear a sports bra since I’m nursing . I have to wear nursing pads or I’ll wake up in a puddle of boob milk 😂. Definitely miss not wearing one

Nope. I hate wearing bras. Luckily, my boobs aren’t big and can get away with just pasties 😂

I have the same issue and was actually told by my chiropractor to sleep hugging a small pillow between my boobs to keep them separated and it helps keep my back spread out instead of hunched. I have slept this way for years and have never had boob pain from sleeping again.
