Sleeping Baby Noises

Okay... please help a worried FTM out here! I swear, I get an ab workout from how many times I sit up in the middle of the night to check my baby’s breathing! She lays in a bassinet next to me and that just isn’t close enough to keep my anxiety levels down.

Is it normal for babies to grunt and stop breathing for a moment in their sleep?

She has acid reflux so, I keep thinking every little noise is her spitting up in her sleep. But then I look over and she’s sound asleep perfectly okay!
