Carpal tunnel
Has anyone suffered from carpal tunnel during or after a pregnancy? Mine didn’t start until the day I had my daughter. She is now 5 weeks old and it is not getting even slightly better. I wear a brace at night and still wake up in pain during the night. I talked to my OB and she said they’d send me to a hand dr if it wasn’t better at my 6 week check. But any ideas on anything else I can do to help? This is terrible.
