Help! Baby sleep is way off!
My son had been an amazing sleeper since about 3 months old. Recently he has been favoring an earlier bedtime around 7pm rather than his usual 8 or 830 pm. He’s way more active now so it makes sense. Initially, it didn’t affect his wake up time. He always woke up between 630 and 7am. Now, he is waking SO early. Like 5 or 530am 😳. No clue why this is happening bc I havent changed anything with his eating or naps! H is nap schedule is good and his wake windows are the normal 3hrs.
Anyone else have this issue or have any suggestions so he will go back to sleeping that extra hour?
