Hey guys! I had an <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> done in June and it didn’t work, I was really sad but I am trying again in August at home! This time I have 2 vials of frozen sperm. Do I inseminate once after I get a positive opk and then again 12 hours later?
