I found this on my daughters arm and I have never seen it before, I have also seen 2 more on her leg but there not as dark more pinkish

It looks like a mole in these pictures. I have a ton of moles that look like that.

If it spreads it could be Molescum... Pearly white head and more will begin to appear. 
Maybe a wart or a simple skin tag xxx

As a nurse/nurse practitioner student, it is 100% molluscum contagiosum. Common in toddlers and is caused by a virus. No true treatment for it, bc it’s viral. Mostly just a wait it out type deal, usually clears up after a year or two. She may get more areas, my son had them all over his legs til he was about 3. The tell-tale sign of molluscum is the pin point slightly indented center. It won’t hurt her, it’s just annoying to look at!
