So unfortunately due to health reasons I am going to be having an abortion within the next 2 weeks. I am 5 weeks tomorrow so still quite early on.

I hate taking medications and thst gives me anxiety, I have read that you can have an surgical abortion without any anaesthetic, just wondered if anyone here has had the same and how painful was it?

I will also add I gave birth naturally last year with absolutely no pain relief. I sort of think this can't be any worse except ofc emotionally.
