This weather and pregnancy to don’t mix! I went out side to help my husband move something and it’s 99 out already we are under a severe heat warning these conditions are awful. I have to go pick up my daughter from my moms since she spent the night there I’m dreading even that. I have a headache already from the pressure change and humidity ugh this is insane. I just took some Tylenol and currently drinking more water I will not be outside at all today or tomorrow but any other advice for this headache ...p.s biometric pressure headache is the worst.
