Lower tummy pain/ bleeding after pee

Hey girls, so I’ve had sex with my husband like three days in a row. But yesterday after I’ve peed every single time there was a bit of pinkish blood after I’ve wiped. It also was hurting after I pee. Not burning. Just hurting. This morning I woke up at 5 am and I had the worse heavy pain in my left side lower belly. Right now the pain has eased up but my lower belly hurts.

Could this be from us having sex? Or could it be implantation bleeding?

My period is due in 9 days...
