What is going on??? I’m so scared! He was born only 3 days ago...

That’s the number one sign of dairy intolerance. Cut dairy out of your diet if breastfeeding, or switch to a soy based (or other dairy free) formula. 
Of course speak to the pediatrician about it, but many aren’t supportive or “believe” in dairy intolerances. It took me 3 tries to find a doctor who supported what I knew all along. We’ve been DF for almost 7 months! 
PS it takes 6-8 weeks for dairy to get out of baby’s system so don’t be surprised if it doesn’t resolve immediately or if you see more signs (eczema, cradle cap, inconsolable crying, gas, lots of spit up, etc).

My 6 week old had this and a week after a hernia operation.  Took him to gp and they said it was perfectly normal. X
