FTM - 28 weeks today, and i have been crampy alllll morning - just period like cramps. i don’t think they are Braxton Hicks because it’s not a tightening feeling ... is this normal? should i call my doctor?

I had this last week Tuesday and I started drowning myself in water because I read that dehydration can cause you to go into labor. After doing that all day and goin to the bathroom right away as needed it subsided

Period like cramping was how my labor started at 36 weeks. I thought those were what Braxton hicks felt like. I'd atleast call the doctor just incase it's the beginning of labor
