I'm at at lost on what to do. My fiance constantly picks work over our kids and me and I'm so tired of hearing them cry for their dad. He works about 70 plus hours a week but only gets paid for 40 because hes on salary. I'm grateful he works hard for our family but his work is only open 8-5 Monday- Friday. He works usually 6 am- 8 or 9pm Monday- Saturday with an hour drive. Every other person that works there is gone by 5:30 every day and hes the only one who works Saturdays. I feel like he should choose us some if his work isnt even open half the time hes there. Before our kids I didnt care that much but I dont think it's fair to them. What would you do in my situation? I asked him to come home one night a week before the kids go to bed and says he will but never does
