So I recently discovered I was pregnant, and I traveled to the beach to celebrate, today I was at the pool and started to get some cramps, about an hour later I got out of the water and took a hot shower to relief the pain.

While I was showering, I noticed some bleeding coming out.. I was really scared and when I saw the blood cloths they were nothing near normal... and I’m still having really strong cramps

I called my ginecologist but he didnt answer... I just don’t want to freak out my family and boyfriend, is it normal? Or I just had a miscarriage?

UPDATE : I looked up for good hospital, told my boyfriend and went to the ER, unfortunately the cramps were contractions and the cloths are the miscarriage that I’m currently having. I’m still in pain and bleeding.

I’ll look for some emotional help when I arrive home
