Not sure if I’m in the right group
6 weeks after the birth of my first child 7 months ago, I got the mirena IUD. I spotted for a while which was expected but I feel like now I always have a bloody smell down there. TMI lol. But has anyone’s IUD changed the smell of their vagina?
I feel like it’s changed my natural PH balance or something.
