Can taking Vitex if you have a normal cycle + ovulation throw everything off???
For my entire adult life I feel ovulation (sharp pain in one side for a few hours) and always get positive OPKs at the same time. I’ve been taking Vitex for 3 months now and I was supposed to ovulate a couple days ago and so far no pain and no positive opk. I’m worried the Vitex threw my cycle off 😣
