I don’t agree with the chart exactly.
When a woman is twenty weeks pregnant she would be 4th month of pregnancy, and not in her fifth month of pregnancy.

Yes.. it’s accurate. 
I just divide the weeks by 4. I don’t feel truly 5 months until 20 weeks. I’m about to be 21 weeks and I just started saying 5 months. But that’s just me.
