Weight Gain🙀
So normally I usually stay around 145 and the biggest I have EVER gotten was 153. So I got on the scale and I am 157. My and my Fiancé has been gaining because we do a lot of eating later since I get off work at 7. I need help ladies! I usually know how to lose weight but it seems harder I need some advice.
Snack ideas, meals definitely and any detoxes or whatever that helps you lose!
I don’t think I’m pregnant either I usually come on between the 19-21 of the month so I am still in the safe zone. We will see! I haven’t had any period symptoms. 🤔& we haven’t been all that safe either
