Who is wrong in this situation is the system that allows Erika to be paid so horribly, putting the pressure on middle or working class patrons, most likely, to make up for the company's unwillingness to provide a fair wage.
Erika is unknowingly reinforcing this system by blaming other members of middle, working or lower classes.

I mean it kinda depends. I personally tip on the service we receive from our waitress. You're working for that tip, so if you want a good tip earn it don't be entitled to it.

Some people don’t know how to tip and some just don’t care. We generally tip 15-20% regardless of service when we go out. However, if you’re relying on tips to pay for your tuition maybe it’s time to find a better job? Unfortunately, the retail/service industry does not pay enough.

It depends. It looks bad in writing, but what if they left more cash for the tip because they just wanted the even $200 on the credit card? I used to be a waitress, and people did that a lot. 
Or there are people who are unaware of how to tip. Almost $16 is generally a good tip, but not necessarily on a check of that amount.

$15 is $15. Depends on how long they were there and how many people. If me and my SO order a couple nice steaks and drinks we can hit $200 in an hour and a half.

We don’t know how well her service was so we can’t say who right and who’s not. I mean yea if you can afford that bill and she was awesome at serving you then why not tip ? But if she was shit then she shouldn’t be complaining.

Eek! Is right I agree that it is wrong that servers make below min. wage with the reliance on tips...however, someone not tipping well does not change that system. Unless it’s really bad service tip at least 15% preferably 20% in today’s economy. Servers work hard and practically live on the tips they make. Besides if the bill is already over $100 you would think they could afford to tip better. If not, then order less so that you spend less including a decent tip for the server.

In my country it's not required to tip so idk really. In my country a waitress like that won't get any tip at all

Does this include drinks? In general you tip $1 a drink so I’m not saying the tip is correct but it could possible be skewed by a few cocktails and all were seeing is the end result.
