Tips to Slim Down?
Hi! So I work out as much as I can (maybe go to the gym 2x per week and I try to run in the mornings if it isn't to hot so 0-1x per week I also do at home workouts from YouTube 1-2x per week). I've noticed that instead of slimming down, I'm bulking up more. I normally just do cardio on the elliptical at the gym or on the treadmil. I also do the arm weights at the gym but my arms are not slimming down even after 2 months of doing this and my legs are bulking more than slimming down!!)-: Anything I can do to just slim down more? Lose muffin tops? Slims my arms and legs down? Help!!
